Privacy Policy
Last updated 21 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data Krivo Labs, Mumbai, India ("we", "us") collects when you visit os.krivolabs.com, buy Krivo OS or write to us, why, and what you can do about it. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. The short version
- Krivo OS itself sends us nothing. Your business data stays in the folder on your computer.
- We only collect what we need to sell you Krivo OS, deliver it, support you and keep the records the law requires.
- We never see your card, UPI or bank details, and we never sell your data.
2. What we collect
- When you buy: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, billing address and order details.
- When you write to us: your emails and anything you attach, such as screenshots.
- When you visit: this website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. Its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address. Our store and checkout pages may use the Meta pixel and cookies to measure our ads.
3. What we do not collect
Krivo OS runs on your computer inside your own AI tool. Your business profile, leads, files, photos and videos stay in its folder and are not sent to us. The AI tool you use (Claude Code or Codex) handles what it reads under your account and that company's privacy terms.
4. Why we use it
- To process your payment and deliver your download.
- To answer your questions, fix problems and handle refunds.
- To keep the tax and accounting records Indian law requires.
- To measure which of our ads lead to purchases.
- To email you about your purchase and important updates to Krivo OS. We send marketing emails only if you agree, and every one has a way to stop them.
5. Who we share it with
Only the services that help us run the shop, and only what each needs: our store platform (Shopify), our payment provider (Razorpay), our email provider, and Meta for ad measurement. We may also share it with our accountants and lawyers, or with authorities when the law requires. Some of these services store data outside India.
6. How long we keep it
Order and payment records: for as long as Indian tax and company law requires, generally up to 8 years. Support emails: up to 3 years after your last message. After that we delete it.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it (except what we must keep by law), or stop using it for anything you agreed to, such as marketing emails. You can also name someone to act for you. Write to contact@krivolabs.com; we reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
8. Keeping it safe
We use reputable providers, strong passwords and two-step sign-in on our accounts, and limit who can see your data. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
9. Age
Krivo OS is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version. Grievance Officer, Krivo Labs, Mumbai, India: contact@krivolabs.com.
