Krivo OS

Terms of Use

Last updated 21 October 2026

Krivo OS is sold by Krivo Labs, Mumbai, India ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and us. By buying, downloading or using Krivo OS you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not buy or use Krivo OS.

1. What you are buying

Krivo OS is a digital download: a folder of written instructions, templates and documents that your own AI tool follows. You are buying a licence to use it, not ownership of it.

It needs a paid Claude plan (for Claude Code) or a paid ChatGPT plan (for Codex), which you buy separately from those companies. We do not provide, control or refund those plans. Krivo OS is not made by, endorsed by or affiliated with Anthropic or OpenAI.

2. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Krivo OS inside one business that you own or run. People who work in that business may use it too. You may change its files to suit yourself and keep backup copies on your own computers.

3. What you may not do

If you break these rules, your licence ends at once, with no refund, and we may take legal action to protect our work.

4. Who owns what

Krivo OS, its text, templates, design, name and logo belong to Krivo Labs. The work you make with it, such as your posts, documents and videos, belongs to you, subject to the rights of anyone whose photos, music, words or logos you use in it.

5. What the AI makes

6. The Studio's downloaded tools

Video features need a one-time download of free tools from their makers, onto your computer, inside the Krivo OS folder. Each comes under its own licence, which you accept by downloading it: Node.js (MIT), Remotion (free for individuals and companies of up to 3 people; larger companies need a company licence from Remotion, see remotion.dev/license), FFmpeg (LGPL/GPL), a Whisper speech-to-text model (MIT) from Hugging Face, and music and sound effects from Mixkit under the Mixkit Free Licence (use them inside your videos; do not share the audio files themselves). We do not make, and are not affiliated with, any of them.

7. No promise of results

Krivo OS is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will bring you customers, sales or any particular result, that it will suit a particular purpose, or that it will keep working the same way when Anthropic, OpenAI or other tools change their products. Decisions you make with its help are yours.

8. Limit on our liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for anything to do with Krivo OS is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or the cost of your AI plan. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, or your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Payment

The price is shown in Indian rupees at checkout, including any taxes that apply. Payment is taken by our store and payment providers. If you think a charge is wrong, please write to us first; we will look into it quickly. Refunds are covered by our Refunds and delivery policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not take away rights you already had for a purchase made before the change.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, write to us first and we will try to settle it within 30 days. If we cannot, the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction, without taking away any right you have to approach a consumer commission.

12. Contact and grievances

Questions or complaints: contact@krivolabs.com, Grievance Officer, Krivo Labs, Mumbai, India. We acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.
